WHY MOST FITNESS MENTORS ARE JOKE
Updated: Jan 20, 2020
#1 Reason is because they NEVER EVEN WORKED IN THE INDUSTRY
This is the one that has always bugged me; you get these "fitness Guru's" or "FitPro Mentors" and they tell you to do these things and build a successful business.
And yet they personally have no idea.
They have never had to get up at 4 am to run training sessions.
What it's like to deal with people dramas day in and day out.
How draining it is to work with people for 10+ hours a day and always be on. To always show up and deliver your absolute best no matter how your day is going.
They have no concept of how demoralising it is when a client leaves.
Or you get a no on a sale because you are in this business to change lives.
How hard it is to be working stupid hours to help others and yet you can't even find time to look after you, to spend time with those that you love.
They have no concept of what it's like to work day in and day out on PT studio where you have invested everything you have into it.
They have never personally built a successful PT studio.
They have never lived that life for themselves.
But they will lecture you on why you're not succeeding.
You aren't working hard enough, put in more hours.
Your mindset is wrong; you are repealing clients.
You need to upgrade to the next level, and then we will fix it.

The list goes on
*By the way, these where actual answers I got from shitty mentors when I was building my PT Studio business*
People who have never been in the industry shouldn't be teaching PT's how to be successful.
There is no industry like it.
Not all business practices transfer across
It drives me crazy
Stop pretending that you understand the struggle because you did some online marketing course.
There is nothing like being in the trenches and having bootstrap your way to success.
That's all I have for you.
But I had to get that off my chest.
Until next time,
